These are the rules for using Properhaze, run by a company registered in Kenya. By creating an account you agree to them.
1 · Your account
- You must be 18 or older.
- One account per person, in your own name. It is yours alone: don’t share it or hand it on.
- You sign in with your email or your Google account. Keep them secure: whoever controls them can sign in as you. If you think someone else has access, tell us at once.
- New accounts can do a little less each day in their first week, to keep Properhaze free of spam.
2 · Money
Payments are not switched on yet: you can’t send Confetti, buy paid tickets or be paid on Properhaze today. Before they are, we will update these terms and tell you.
3 · Events and tickets
- Hosting on Properhaze is by invitation for now. A host is responsible for their event: that it is real, safe and as described.
- Free tickets are the host’s to give. Each fan can take only as many as the host allows. If the host cancels, free tickets stop working, and you are told.
- Properhaze is not the organiser of any event, and is not responsible for what happens at one.
- A ticket lets you add photos and videos of the event to its Crowdsource Tray. The host decides what is used.
4 · What you post
- You keep ownership of what you create. You let Properhaze show and share it on Properhaze, for as long as it is up.
- Post only what is yours to post: if you upload a video, a photo or a beat, you must have the right to it.
- Tag people only for what they really did. Anyone tagged can decline.
- Muziki credit claims must be true. Falsely claiming a credit is fraud and will close your account. Reports are reviewed by our staff before anything changes.
5 · What will close your account
- Fraud, or impersonating another person.
- Falsely claiming credits, or filing reports you know are false.
- Harassment, threats, or content that is illegal where you are.
- Holding more than one account, or getting round a limit or a closure.
6 · What we don’t promise
Properhaze is provided as it is. We work to keep it available and accurate, but we can’t promise it will never be interrupted. Properhaze does not hold money for you, and it is not a bank.
7 · Changes and disputes
We may update these terms. If a change matters to you, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect.
Properhaze is registered in Kenya. Nothing here removes rights you have under the consumer law of your own country.
